Linzers was founded in 1984 by Andrew and Susan Bell and has grown steadily into the largest independent bakery in Norfolk.
From our first shop in London Street, Norwich, Linzers has maintained its core business of high quality breads and cakes, but has also expanded and diversified into catering and lunchtime deliveries of hot and cold food. The company now consists of over 40 loyal and skilled staff working across three sites.
Our bakery and catering facilities were purpose built in 2006 to our own high specifications on the outskirts of Norwich and are ideally positioned to supply fresh bakery goods across East Anglia. Using our own fleet of vehicles, we deliver to our own stores as well as to a number of retailers and supermarket chains, 6 days a week.
Our bakery shops at the Boundary and West Earlham, supply our high quality breads and cakes as well as fresh sandwiches and hot snacks, whilst our cake studio, also at the Boundary, is a must for anyone looking for inspiration for that special occasion.

The Linzers name is taken from Linzertorte, a rich almond pastry lattice tart filled with apricot compote, which originates from the town of Linz, in Austria.
